Cell C refusing to cancel contract
I have been struggling to cancel my cell c contract, and they keep debiting my account for a monthly payment. I have had to change my account details and banks since then, and every time they debit, it bounces back. I have been left with a negative credit record due to this. every time I call them, they tell me they cant cancel because my account is in arrears.
