CELL C REFUSING TO BLACKLIST MY ****** CELL PHONES

So what the hell am i supposed to do now , both sim cards were bought from a store that already had the sim cards rica'd - so because i cannot answer stupid questions , cell c refuses to blacklist , i need these phones blacklisted immediately , <br> *** - Imei num: *** - last used 19/04/15 - last dialled - *** - *** - this contract was with Telkom Mobile ( i have the original contract ) <br> <br> *** - Imei num : *** - last used - 10/4/15 - last dialled -*** - *** - this contract was taken with Vodacom (i have the original contract ) <br> <br> can someone please tell me what the hell i need to do to get these phones blacklisted , because right now some1 else is using my phone.
