CELL C Refusing to accept debit order cancellation

<p>I have been trying to cancel my debit order with Cell C since the beginning of the year. I've sent numerous emails, spoken to consultants and even sent faxes. And still, after I pay via EFT on the 25th, the money is STILL debited again. I am sick of being ignored by Cell C and having to repeat the process of disputing a debit order at my cost. This is ridiculous. I need this sorted ASAP. </p>
