Cell C refuses to upgrade
I am Under debt review. I have been with Cell C for MANY years. They said because I am under debt review I cannot upgrade. My account is not and has not ever been in arrears. Very disappointing. My other debt got nothing to do with my Cellphone contracts.

06 Apr 2021, 08:04 According to the debt review companies if you have placed it (your cellphone account) on your monthly expenses when you app**** for debt review, and you have proven that you can pay the account, then you are allowed to upgrade your contract, you are only not allowed to open a new contract. Cell C, Please see this. So howcome are you any different. I have proof that I can and is paying my contracts monthly.
