Cell C refuses to stop deducting money from my account.

When I called them in the beginning of the year they insisted that I just had a few months left to pay. So I paid those few months. I was clear MANY MANY times that I do NOT want to continue with my contract.

In August I went to a Cell C store and cancelled the contract. The consultant showed us her computer screen which said the contract was cancelled. However, Cell C deducted a payment from my account the following month AGAIN!. I keep reversing the payments and blocking Cell C at my bank but the company changes the amount they deduct every time so its impossible to completely block them.

Every time I have called their Call Centre the consultants try to convince me to pay another month - saying If I pay another month then the contract will be over. How it that possible?? From June they keep saying just one more month - I pay it and the following month same story.

This is ***** and theft! My next move will be to contact the Ombudsman.

On top of everything the consultants over the phone are rude and refuse to listen to reason. Cell C is threatening me with Legal action but they are the ones who are fragrantly going against the law and I am within my rights to SUE THEM!
