Cell C refuses to remove themselves from my credit report

I know Cell C is horrible, but I am lost for words. It's clear to me they hire *********** people and they don't know what they're doing. My issue has been running for 3 months and the runaround is disgusting. I don't have time to tell my issue to 15 different people with NO RESOLUTION, I mean what's the point of working of you're not going to solve anything. I have a paid up letter from Nimble (the attorneys I was handed over to) and CELL C refuses to take themselves off my credit report. 1 person tells me that it automatically updates itself another says I have to send my paid up letter to ITC, another tells me Nimble has to rectify it, WHICH ONE IS IT???? it's no wonder I left cell c, it's joke.
