Cell c refuses to reimburse my money!!!

on the 25th of July 2020 i had an outstanding balance due of about R1908.00, cell c deducted R1908.09 twice from my account. i have notified them of the query via email and telephonic and up until today there hasn't been any directive measures from the business to reimburse my R1908.00. i sent them proof from my bank statement. The 1st person i spoke to was Lucile Challen from the correspondence department and the 2nd person was Duduzile Molefe also from the correspondence.department. i am furious about the matter and very inconvenienced.
