Cell C refuses to refund incorrect Debit Order. For over 10 days I have been begging Cell C to reverse the money they debited *******ly from my bank account saying their policy does not allow refunds they can only credit on the next invoice. Cell C stole my money I had not made purchase or any agreement for that money. Pay it back to my bank account where you took it. My kids need tuck money but you ******* stole it. Should they carry invoice to school since you credit the money in the invoice. Let me teach you your job. Log a ticket for Finance to refund the money there are systems in place to cater for such when it is really an error but with you it was intentional and I want my money.
