Cell C refuses to refund incorrect Debit amount

Cell C refuses to pay incorrect money Debited. Cell C debited incorrect amount from my bank account and they refusing to refund it saying it will be credited on the next invoice. Their policy does not allow refunds. Really! Cell C are ****** that makes client to pay for their errors. All you care about is your book balancing while client suffer from your negligence.
