Cell C refuses to refund

I mistakenly paid monies into cell c banking account, I called and queried this on numerous occasions, On my last follow up they requested proof of payment which was previously send. Why can't finance see there is unallocated funds sitting in thier account!? Why aren't people doing thier jobs by checking emails? Why do I have to run around for my money when I made the effect of logging a query initially?????
