Cell C REFUSES to process my SIM CARD request even though I went to the store with my ID card!

Cell C is SA's worst cellular network provider! Last week Tuesday (10th November 2020) I lost my phone and went to the Cell C store in Bloed Mall, Pretoria were I bought a new SIM card and successfully conducted a SIM swap, suddenly yesterday (18th November 2020) my SIM card stopped working showing an error message - SIM REJECTED! I put it on my other phone and it displayed the same Thing, I called their call center and was advised that it is damaged but an agent assisted me with call diverting(into my partner's number as I uses the number for business)after passing the security questions. Today I bought a new SIM card, called the customer service department to conduct a SIM swap, suddenly I was advised that the process is unsuccessful due to the fact that I cannot remember the date and amount of recharge. I went to the Cell C Store in Bloed Mall with my ID CARD and proof of residence where I was assisted by a rude consultant, her name is Amogelang, she asked me the same question about the date and recharge amount which I can not remember! She refused to proceed with the vetting even though I asked her to ask other questions or verify with my ID, I give her my five last dialled numbers , last balance, amount of data left on SIM, last bundle I bought and it's expiry date and many more information but she dismissed me like ****, she was rude and unprofessional, sadly I left and got home which is about 50 kilometers from the store and I called the customer care again and was put through to the manageress in name of Busi Mange who also refused to assist me and said I must go to the store AGAIN, which is 50kilometres away from my house. Nonetheless,1.I need to understand if my number is lost to Cell C? 2.What will happen to my airtime on the SIM? 3. Why Cell C refuses to process my request even I went to the store with my ID and subjected myself to verification? 4.Why the store consultant was rude to me? And,5.Does Cell C policy not *******, *********,unfair business practice, remember there are older and people who received minimum education, people who are illiterate and people with poor memory who are their customers and they find it difficult to remember such information, maybe all Cell C staff and management are geniuses with brain books and remember everything, every time. I am deeply hurt by how I was mistreated by the network especially when I have switched to them after years with Vodacom and I have two active SIM cards from them and mostly important it is customers like me who pay their salaries and earn massive dividends to their shareholders. Currently I can't do business as my number is not working and lost my contacts on my damaged SIM. Lastly, ironically one consultant at the store confessed that recently many customers return and complain about the new SIM cards as their chip is problematic and I assume they are made from cheap material, hence there's a problem with SIM swap as at the same store,at the same time we were three customers who came for SIM swap, all "FAILED" the security questions, what a coincidence! Maybe Cell C is obsessed with SIM swap *****!
