Cell C refuses to do sim swop because THEY already allocated a number to the replacement sim!

Requested a sim swop! Because Cell C themselves allocated a new cell phone number to the nano sim I purchased from Checkers, they cannot do my sim swop! They instruct me to buy a non-Rica'd sim {by the way, that is *******}! Tried at two Checkers stores, who refuse to sell a non-rica'd sim. So Cell C says, go buy sim card from Game stores!!! (for the non-rica'd sim that is!!!) Or go instore (Cell C) and pay R50 for sim swop!! It's taken two days,, spoken with a lady [name unknown], followed by Emmanual, Themba and Zukisa half a dozen times. I still don't have the airtime transferred to whichever number Cell C decides to use!!!
