CELL C REFUSES TO CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER...

I have an account with Cell C which is 1 month in arrears as I was on maternity leave. I have contacted them to cancel the debit order as they are deducting before the agreed date and this is causing huge penalties on my bank account which is placing me in a situation where the bank takes the money before debit orders can be deducted.<br> How can Cell C refuse to stop the debit order? This is unacceptable.
