Cell C refuses to cancel my paid up contract.

Dear Cell C Management I am very disappointed with Cell C service my contract ended on 31/10/22 ,I called to notify that I am no longer continuing & ending my contract as the number also stopped working Sept 22. I did not receive any feedback,I then email the same request 12/10/22 yet no response followed up 06/12/23 still nothing. I went into the Cresta branch 09/01/23 we call and requested once again *** After so many request still they say nothings showing on the system. They don't seem to allow me to exist this contract, Keep debiting my account against my will for service that does not exist.I have to reverse the Debit orders every month but they just continue and keep increasing the debit amount each time.This is so wrong and effects my accounts some of my other debit orders reject and my 1 of my policies lapsed. This month they debited 3 months premium that I do Not even owe .I need all my funds refunded from the date the contract ended. I called again today 28/02/23 ***
