Cell C refuses to cancel my non existant contract - Sies

Cell C refuse to cancel my non existant contract. Cancelatiin department say there is nothing to cancel, Payment department say the cancelation department should cancel all the while they attempt to deduct money from my account. I have emailed with no response. I call and i get transafarred from one department to the next until the call is ended with nobody who is actually intrested in helping me. This is now affecting my credit score, its been going on for 4 months
