Cell C refuses to cancel my contract
On the 06 of January 2023 I sent Cell c an email cancelling my cell phone contract as the contract had come to an end. I was advised to call the call center which i did yet the contract has not be cancelled. I called again and emailed on the 2023/06/03 at 14:58 Spoke to Katleho who confirmed my contract has been cancelled. i recieved a statement today stating i owe over R800. These people need stop !!!

17 May 2023, 22:21I requested the original cancelation in January when I made the in initial contact. In March I was merely following up. So why was I billed for Feb and March yet I requested for the cancellation in January? I made sure that I don't miss the contract end date yet you guys still continued to try debit me.
If you listen to the conversation you'll hear me ask the consultant to confirm the cancellation. So this contract was meant to end in January meaning the last deduction should have been on the 25th of January

I sent it on the 06/01 so my last debit was meant to be in February. this is why i called in march to confirm that I no longer have a contract. March was never supposed to be billed. I only owe you for February's payment and the unpaid debit fee. The end
