CELL C REFUSES TO CANCEL CONTRACT

Cell C refused to end my contract. As per website, was asked to send an official mail to cancel. Received an email stating I must now phone the retention department. Called and apparently did not pass the security questions (I see this is a typical thing on Hellopeter) and was asked to ho into a store now. I logged 3 ticket with Cell C. Got a call back and was just put through to Retentions (back to square one) I requested to speak to a manager, which never happend. So had to jump on google to find a Cell C store, and guess what, RETENTION DEPARTMENT DONT WORK ON WEEKENDS! Want to know why I am cancelling my contract? This...this is the reason why. 2 weeks of trying and nothing. My contract has come to an end, I want to be released from it.
