Cell C refuses to cancel contract
I am trying to cancel my CellC contract as they have tripled the price of my contract (It is now R 710 p.m.). I can get the exact contract from Vodacom for R 250.
However, CellC REFUSES to LISTEN. I am NOT INTERESTED in negotiating a new contract. They should then have given me a better price from the outset.
Good luck if you are trying to stop this kind of thievery!
