Cell C refuses to acknowledge my payment

I made a payment to Cell C on 29 October and according to Cell C it is not reflecting.<br> I have checked with my bank and the payment was made and received.<br> Also the amount was more than what was due.<br> <br> I have called the Call Center twice and I keep getting told a different story. I have addressed the matter with the accounts department and received no reply. <br> <br> I am still getting SMS's they are going to disconnect my number.<br>
