CELL C REFUSES BUY OUT

I went to Cell C for their \Buyout\" option, to get out of my MTN contract, due to horrible service. Cell C needed a letter from MTN to confirm the amount they will need to give MTN for my premature cancellation, to go forward with the buyout. As MTN couldn't assist in-store with this letter, I had to take a day off work and drive all the way to MTN's Head Office in Roodepoort for this very same letter. I then went back to the Cell C shop in East Rand Mall and had all the necessary documents with me (Latest Payslip, Proof of Residence, 3 Months Bank Statements, my I.D., a letter from my company's Human Resources Department stating that I am permanently employed and of course my letter from MTN). With the credit check, Cell C contacted the incorrect company, after I supp**** my company's details in-store and the number appears on my payslip as well. After all of this, Cell C's Head Office still insisted on my CONFIDENTIAL CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT (WHICH MY EMPLOYER REFUSED TO SUPPLY, DUE TO CONFIDENTIALITY). Cell C is now refusing to assist with the buyout and has not contacted me since."
