Cell C refused to reverse my contract - now debiting for the phone that I dont have when they promised I will not pay more

Your debit order went through and the money that was deducted us in the new contract after you promised me that nothing will change

The reason I cancelled this contract is because I didn't afford it now you guys refused to cancelled the new contract and give me back my old contract on the money that I could afford.

Why are guys doing this to consumers taking advantage why Am I paying R1200 for the package that doesn't even have a phone .

Why are you not dedcuting for airtime only . Because the phone was brought back ?

Maropeng why did you say that even when I revoke my contract I will be charged more. I didnt revoke it but I am still being charged more . Do you people know what you are doing to people all I wanted is that you guys cancel my contract now its a mess .

I am not imppressed at all this thing of these companies robbing people on daylight for their own profits, you have a clause that says we should cancell contracts I did that but I am still paying.

I am taking this to consumer right commision I will not let this go until Cell C does the right thing

I'm taking this further this is not acceptable.

I will not be ****** of the money that I don't even have.
