Cell C refused to refund my data

I’m very disappointed with how Cell C handled my query. I am their prepaid customer ( although not for long after this). I had loaded a 30 day data bundle and than some time after, I loaded a one-hour data bundle to purely download some stuff. But when after downloading I noticed the data was coming out of my 30 day data instead of the one that expires in an hour, I thought it must be a mistake because I always do this, and the one-hour data always finishes first. But when I called customer services I was told there’s nothing they can do because its supposed to be that way. I feel ****** and I believe they were making excuses not to refund my data. This is one example of how big companies like Cell C benefit by robbing us citizens knowing that there’s not much we can do about it.
