Cell c refused to help after paying for almost 2 years for insurance

I took out a contract with cell c also took out insurance for my phone ... Lately I have been having issues with my phonw ao I called cell c to claim from my insurance ... to my surprise I was advises that insurance only covers my phone if it falls only and nothing more ... so I cancelled that insurance .. a debit order went off for the same insurance that was cancelled ... and my premium just gone up after that phone call when I spole to an agent .. she told me cell c can increase their premiums anytime they want ... I am cancelling my contact I hope this schedule goes throu ... I wouldnt recommend cell c to anyone in the world ... infact I hate the company with passion nx
