Cell C refuse to terminate contract

My contract ends on 17 July 2019 and Cell C refuse to accept my request to terminate the contract when it ends.

I called 084 135 and they refused to assist with terminating the contract when it comes to an end and gave 084 143 number to contact, which does not go through.

I will not be accepting any month to month extension, when I clearly communicated on that call that I do not intend on having a month to month contract.

I mean to even go through their thousand prompts to get to talk to someone regarding the intension to cancel should be testament to my resolve to say good riddence to bad *******.

The next step would be taking this issue with ICASA.
