Cell c, refuse to refund my double payment made on May 2023.

Cell c double payment deducted in May 2023. I have requested my refund 20 times sending proof of the double payments. My statement shows the double payment made but they still refuse to refund. They keep asking me for more proof and bank statements. I've been with them for 16 years now. Totally disgusted.

Bull**** there was a eft made of R377 and then you debited my account that same month. Check May/June R***. I have sent many emails sowing the proof of the double payments for the one month. I owe you nothing you owe me R377.

Thank you but I've been hearing the same thing for months now. It's nearly a year now. I am not impressed, you can see on all statements that there was a double payment made.
