Cell c refuse to cancel an account.

It is impossible to cancel a contract with cell c. My sim was ****** in February and I contacted cell c to cancel it. First they wouldn't get hold of me, only calling during school hours because I said in my complaint that I teach and may not take a call during school hours. Then, when I managed to have the sim blocked at the store, they unblocked it, added more data and on we went again. I have emailed, gone into the store, sent a hello Peter review, but to no avail. Apparently my lot is too support this crimnal worth days for the rest of my life. When I eventually got through to speak to someone, they said I failed their security test.... how when they asked for my name, ID and my bank? Turns out you can't say I pay be eft because cell c staff aren't smart enough to understand that that would be cash!!!! Anyway I was told on the phone that because I'd fine in store before I must return to that store on Saturday and fill out a form with them that would be sent to the cancelation department. I was in the store today where I was told they cannot do a cancellation and the cancellation department don't work on weekends!!!! What I can take from this is that they clearly won't help and cancel the contract and I'm frankly not going to pay it anymore.
