CELL C REFUSE TO ASSIST ME
I Have been trying to call legal department of cell c to settle my account. They do not respond to their calls I've sent them emails still no responds. I'm trying to at least settle my account with them but they don't seem interested in assisting me. While doing all this they've told me all my numbers has been permanently terminated. So where do I get help from if they refuse to assist me???
