Cell C refuse to assist

I am currently in New Zealand and have been for a year now. During this time I have paid my Cell C account even if I am not using it.

I wish to upgrade so my partner who is still in SA can use the phone but Cell C refuse to assist me and state that I can only upgrade when I am in South Africa.

Well in that case, I will not be paying my account any further.

Pathetic costumer service.
