Cell C refusal to unblock my cell

A few months ago Cell c blocked my cell due to non-payment. I paid up, in full, over 2 months ago. Even the legal fees. I emailed them the paid in full letter from the attorney with all the details they would need to verify that the account is paid in full. I keep getting told the " legal dep" is working from home due to Corona and my request STILL HAS NO RESPONSE. You were flipping quick to set attorneys on me and take my money !!!! But now that my side is clean YOU SIMPLY SWEPT ME OUT THE DOOR !! now I've got a cell paid up in full that I cannot use because it's still blocked !!??? So you take my money and turn your back on me. FIX THIS UP !!!!
