Cell C Refusal to Cancel Contract!
It’s over 3 months ago and Cell C refuses to cancel my contract. My number gets barred from the network and when I call the contact center and request a reason, they do not have a valid answer or don’t now why. I have been requested to pay cancellation fee every month! But the contract still does not get cancelled. I will escalate to Icasa if this is not resolved!
