Cell C Refund Query.

after a long straggle to have my money credited to my account, i called and spoke to a Lady by the name of Phillis Skosana. I wants to take a deep breath on this one, She was so rude no willing to listen to my query, she had no Patience nothing, i run out of words to describe the kind of so much of a non service she provided. The Girls know nothing Not even product Knowledge. I asked how do i get the amount that is already credited on my account the lady says " I do not know i will need to get my manager to ask that" Like really?????? I so then asked to speak to the manager, she gave me a name Ntombi Mesina. She made me hold for more then 10 minutes without updating me what happening.

After that long hold a man by the name of Skhumbuzo took the call, He just mumbled through very less of the details of the call and the he placed me on MUTE for more then after that he dropped the call on me.

Till now i dont have the money on my account, there is no case logged for me. No reference number nothing.

Cell C is Sitting with my money and they dont know how to give it back to me.
