Cell c refund due - shocking service

Good day this is now the second review I am posting with regards to the shocking service that cell c gives their customers !!! My first query took ages and only when I put the review on here it was finally resolved so here’s hoping this one will too !! I am due a credit and have been waiting for this to be paid to me since 16/1/2024 - and I have numerous reference numbers and every time I call in I get transferred around the call Centre and no one can help me ( 10 occasions ) please please please how difficult is it to get my refund !!!! Please call me cell c !!!!
