Cell C refund.

Good morning

I need your assistance with the complaint against Cell C . I have one contract with them on a cell phone number ***. On the 20th I’ve made a mistake in the banking app by paying via EFT amount of R7000 that was supposed be R1 340. I immediately called and there was a case number logged on that day saying that wil take 3 to 7 working days . I have been following up and sending proof of payments and bank statements that was requested .

On the the 29 that’s now after the 7day I received a message that the case has been resolved . I then called that the matter has not been resolved and that I have not get any refund on the balance amount of R5700 yet . The consultant then had to open another case after I’ve said that I have waited long enough and that I am in need of that money and I have to pay rent and that I do not have money at all . I then escalated the matter and complained on the Cell C website on Facebook and promise that the matter will be actioned . the lady from their head office called to say that the matter will be escalated and make the process quicker and investigate it and will call as soon as the investigation is done .

I am still waiting for them to come back to me and I did tell them that I cannot wait any longer coz my rent has be paid to wait for another 7working days as I already waited from the 20th of January already.
