Cell c redeems

We regret that the problem with our cut line was due to no fault by cell c as we had previously thought. Someone in our company had swopped the simcards in the phones and had used the data card to make calls. We therefore retract all complaints and criticism with regards to this specific matter. <br> <br> So after sending them a mail on the state of affairs of our debit order situation and statements and invoices not having the company name on, cell c took this very seriously and sprang into action to start fixing the problems. The very professional Thato Mphuti handled our case and almost everything has been sorted out now. Thanks to Kamal Singh as well for his part in sorting out the mess. Well done Cell c, you have redeemed yourselves and we will continue to give you our corporate business.<br>
