Cell c rectified their mistake

For few months now I'm using Cell C home connecta deal that cost R199,yesterday i went to the cell c store at Liberty Promenade Shopping center and bought the R199 home connecta data deal again,and that's 50 gigs of data for 30 days,i never check my balance because i use the Cell C sim in my wifi router,today i had a zero balance,i discovered that the sales lady loaded airtime instead of my normal 50 gigs data,i was so furious,i contacted the Cell C customer line,they never any help,i went to where i bought the 50 gig deal,i asked for the manager,his name are Edson,he refunded my 50 gig data and apologized.
