Cell C really running a **** on me

Cell C is really trying to milk all money out of me. I cancelled my contract in December and they are still deducting money from my account and sending me statements I have been promised that it won't happen again and again and a refund, but still I receive bills. I don't know what to do now. They are really ******** me now
