Cell c really need to get staff who are there to work and know what they are doing

I have been requesting a paid up letter since 2016 October up until today, they keep promising to send me one, very annoying, I don't see what can be so difficult in just issuing a letter , unless no one knows what a paid up letter is , because some of the consultants do sound confuse when you speaking to them

really frustrating
