Cell C Real Deal competition a f****

On the 16th of July this year, I was contacted by a lady Tummy who stated to me that I had won R 4000 through the Real Deal competition. I had to send my bank details to her (I did confirm this with Cell C customer Care) and she rep**** that the payment will be done WITHIN 60 days. The 60 days have come and gone and I have contacted her asking when will this so called pay-out happen as she does have bank details? She stated that the auditors were delayed in making payments and that it should happen this week being 25/09/2015. I have tried contacting her again, emailing her, calling customer care to which no one can tell me what is happening, hoax or not etc but all I know is that I spent a lot of airtime answering the daily sms questions to enter into the draw to win either a car or One million or to when the daily draw of wither 1,2, 3, 4 or R 5 000 and now I am left so disappointed and feel so let down that Cell C can take advantage of their customers like this. I am now going to port to another service provider that will not lie to me or take advantage of me.
