CELL C & RAM COURIER - who's fooling who

Upgraded 2 of my lines simultaneously. RAM delivered one, said that other is at the warehouse and they will deliver the next day. 2 days later....NO RAM. I call Cell C and the other device was returned back to Cell C due to 3 failed attempts to deliver???? SERIOUSLY??? I have received the one - so how is the other failed delivery. NOW I MUST REAPPLY for the upgrade and spend 20 mins on a call again. PLEASE SORT OUT!!!
