Cell C R99 internet contract

First of all I was never informed that my contract has now changed from R99 to R279. No one bothered to call me on my number thats on their system. Thye tell me that an sms was sent to my cell c SIM that I barely use. Nevertheless I phoned on the 27th of February to cancel the stupid contract, reference number ***. A debiit order for the R279 was deducted in March and I was advised that it will be the last debit order and that today the contract is cancelled. I phoned the call centre today to confirm this only to get told that the last debit order is in April. This is ridiculous, pathetic. I refuse to pay!!!!!! I will never even buy a 100 phone from cell c!!!!!
