Cell C R1517 contract *****!!

Someone at Cell C took out a contract in my name, a R1 517 contract! I have tried going to their Musgrave Branch and they said they can't help in store but sent an email to their ***** division. I have also sent an email to them but have not received any response. Another R1 517 will be deducted from my account tomorrow. I have no idea how they did this but it is frustrating as hell. I just received an email reminding me about payment and I am so frustrated! Cell C is such a headache!
