CELL C QUICK TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION WITHOUT COMMUNICATION OR RESPONSE

Since 28 Jun 2019 I have been trying to find out why I have been ITC'd by Cell C. Up untill now I have had incident references and supp**** legal numbers but no answers. The contact number *** which where supp**** to me in writing from Cell C for their legal department has been engaged for the past 2 weeks. My communication to them has been as follow and all one sided: 28/06/2019 *** 05/07/2019 *** 17/07/2019 *** - 000247 05/08/2019 *** - 000169 The statement emails that I get I can't open - as per my communications to them. The customer centre has confirmed that the cellphone number in question is a pre-paid number and there is no monies due. So what is going on?
