Cell c query solutions

Cell c is unable to resolve queries, unable to cancel a contract on time and unable to log contract cancelations. They never get back to you when you log a query and even though they send you a query number, they are unable to give any updates on any queries even though the query has been escelated. Terrible service from cell c's part and i will never again do business with cell c. I have been charged yet again on an old expired contract even though i have cancelled the contract the month before. In a crucial financial time cell c has failed several times to assist or even give a report. Aweful, aweful, aweful service.
