I Have been a cell c customer for many years and im highly frustrated with their pathetic services , firstly my account is in a big mess because they have been going into my account to debit the funds way before the debit date . I have contacted their customer care department on many occasions and have over 10 emails has proof that I had been keep on asking for them to assist get my account back on track . for many months they have been debit my account on wrong dates . When i called their customer line i was promised the manager will call and assist me further , till date nobody has contacted me . I had even made arrangements to do cash payments and which they have agreed on and still went into my account even after i had done the cash payments . The customer are staff on 084145 are absolutely cluessless about assisting with anything . I am very upset as i am now sitting with a big bill because they have refused to assist me in the correct manner .

please go back into your history and check the amount of times i have called and emailed asking to be helped , i want you guys to put a stop in my debit order as i am paying in cash . And in no way go into my bank account . i no longer give you permission because u are going in my account when there are no funds and i am being charged for unpaid debits when i m already making cash payments , my account is sitting over due for so many months because nobody bothered to help me with regards to the arrangements of paying when the fault is on your side , my services are now suspended because of the outstanding amount which u guys just put notes on the system and never actioned to help me with regards to getting it on track . i call the call Centre and the manager didn't even call me up till now . your services are pathetic and i will be giving the business to another service provider.
