Cell c ****py service
What the... Is wrong with cell c? For months now I cannot call 0860 numbers. I have free minutes AND I bought airtime, and not 1 call has gone thru. Our ambulance service from Bonitas has a 0860 and yesterday I could not call them. I had to use someone else's phone who has MTN to call them. Same goes with my car insurance. When I call any 0860 numbers it says the number I have called does not exist. I think the ombudsman is the way to go.

12 Nov 2023, 20:54So I have emailed the ombudsman. If you read my original complaint i didn't just complain about bonitas 0860 number. ALL the 086 numbers in my contacts says the number I have called does not exist. It's disgusting, that we as customers keep cell c going and keep people in jobs, but we don't get what we pay for, and I have been a customer for more than 20 years. It's shameful.
