Cell C - PUTRID SERVICE. 2nd COMPLAIN
Left a complaint on Friday the 16th November 2018. Cell C phoned me to say they are going on weekend and someone will phone me on Monday the 19th.
Still no feedback.
Please do not get involved with this service provider.

No one is making an effort to resolve my issues. Bad service. I have asked several times that all telephone calls be listened to before contacting me yet no one has made an effort. Treat a customer that has been with you for a long time like a person that is a bad credit risk. Stop making excuses and get TOP MANAGEMENT to contact me
