CELL C put me in Ground Hog day LOOP

Someone opened a ********** account at Cell C. I was requested to send documents (certified id copy, and an affidavit) and I also sent a police clearance for good measure. I sent everything to the social media department who sent it to the ***** department. I keep asking them to update the safps (South African ***** Prevention Service) and they keep reverting back to me by saying “ITC takes 7 - 30 days” The SAFPS have told me that as long as the internal investigation finds that the account has been found to be ********** and I have been found to be a victim. Cell C can update the details on the SAFPS database. I tell them this and they reply “ITC takes 7 - 30 days ^NT” on twitter.

Can someone just help me by just updating the details on SAFPS database so I can get a clearance letter PLEASE. I am short of driving to Cell C, wherever their head office is now.
