Cell C Provider

Cell C Provider deactivated my mobile service due to R7,58 were not paid. My contract account are R168-00 every month, this month my account were R175-58 and as usual I paid the amount of R168-00 that I'm paying every month. For the R7,58 that I paid short Cell C just went ahead and deactivated my service. Last month I had to cancel my insurance policy, I'm being paying my bills for 3 years and have a Samsung galaxy A20, when I wanted to claim Cell C information center told me that I have an insurance policy on a Nokia phone and not on a Samsung galaxy. Rustenburg branch showed me that for more than 3 years I'm paying insurance on a Samsung galaxy but head office keep on telling me that it doesn't show on their systems. I paid for 3 years insurance and couldn't claim because they never updated their system and now I paid 3 years insurance for nothing and I feel that Cell C ripped me off. They refused to refund me or to fix their mistakes.
