Cell C Promotions is a ****. They offer you a discounted rate, and the second month that the debit order goes off the discount falls away. They trick you into saying yes to a contract which they change the terms and conditions to just a month later. After numerous calls and complaints about this, they kept on deducting an amount which i did not agree upon when signing the contract. After many complaints and a lot of phone calls they promised to refund me, which they once again failed to do and just continued to deduct more than they should. No words can explain how frustrated i am with Cell C. Instead of my refund they rather send me an Sms to say that the rates will go up again in December. I am DONE with Cell C, I cannot wait for my contract to expire so that i never have to deal with them again. I will never take out a contract with them and will not recommend them. And please Cell C do not phone me, as your promises and words are just empty. I had enough phone calls and empty promises. I phoned every month about this and every month they made promises and failed to deliver. I am Blocking your number from my phone. I am just DONE!
