Cell c promotional product GetMore Misinformation

I am very disappointed by cell c promotional product called GetMore, their service is very bad. I had never had problem on cell c cell phone contract until I took one of their covid-19 promotional product GetMore, that department is misleading & a *********, I have never enjoyed even a single of their benefits since I've subscribed to it & every month money is deducted from my account, & each time I make a query they promise me lies. I am very fed up & disappointed because I have tried to cancel it with no success. I think I will end my contract with cell c to end this drama.
